Hotel Description

Las Palmas Hotel is a full service hotel with 24 rooms. Each room has air conditioning, TV, hot water and ceiling fan. All of the rooms have been renovated completely and have all new furnishings. Outdoor seating is available on the premises and there is full-time, 24-hour security. Las Palmas is the oldest established hotel in Corozal.

History & Owners
The hotel was opened in 1957 by the original owner, Mr. Nestor Jiminez. Since 2003, when the hotel was acquired by Charlie and Marina, the hotel has been completely renovated with everything new and modern. Along with the 'face-lift' the name changed from "Nestor's Hotel" to "Las Palmas Hotel". Charlie, Marina and their family live on site at the hotel and strive for guest satisfaction.

Location & Directions

Arriving by road from Orange Walk, as you approach the boulevard (where the median in the road starts), look for the sign and follow Fifth Avenue a few blocks until you see the hotel. From the bus station, follow the signs to the property or ask anyone. Everyone knows where the hotel is located and it is one of two tall buildings in town.

Cancellations & Refunds
If your travel plans change, kindly let us know as soon as possible. We are often fully booked, especially during holiday travel periods, so if you won't be able to join us, somebody else will appreciate the opportunity. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we can refund 50% of your total reservation amount. If you cancel your reservations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival ate, we will retain 100% of your total reservation amount. Thanks for your consideration!
