He is now one of the few remaining Paranderos and is working with younger musicians to keep the tradition alive. He is also a buyae, a traditional healer at the Garifuna temple which is located next to his house. He loves murals and his work can be seen at the Cahal Pech Visitor Center, on the side of some large tour buses and other locations. His work was featured in the "2004 Celebrate Caribbean Artists Calendar" put together by Colonial Life Insurance Company.   Pen Cayetano Dangriga Town, Stann Creek District Music, Arts & Crafts Pen is known as the "father of Punta Rock" and can be heard jamming on his guitar with his band during the November 19th celebrations. He is also an accomplished artist (now residing in Germany).
