The Cozy Corner lives up to its name by providing sizeable, extremely
clean rooms with all of the comforts of home. Each renovated room has a
private bath, microwave, coffeepot and kitchenette area. Cable TV and AC
is also available. A large balcony encircles the upstairs rooms and
provides stunning views of the sea. There is a highly-recommended
beachfront restaurant and bar also on the premises. The owner is most
proud of his clean beach and invites guests to enjoy themselves and feel
at home.
History & Owners
Mr. Garbutt has been in the hotel business for over 25 years, but
actually just opened this business 10 years ago. He started a nightclub
which then turned into the present-day restaurant and has now added the
hotel. The name came from a similar name he saw in Belize City.
