bath and AC. Mrs. Silva, the owner, notes that guests from all over the
world come and say how clean the hotel is. It is conveniently located
downtown and is the only hotel in town that overlooks the park and
stadium, perfect if you are a soccer fan.
History & Owners
Mrs. Teresita Silva is the daughter of a businessman who opened several
stores in Belize. After she retired around 1980, she decided to buy the
hotel and to name it after the planet Venus. Her children also own
businesses named "Venus".

The Hotel is located less than one block from the center of town on Burns Avenue. From the Hawkesworth Bridge, travel down Burns Avenue (one way) past the 5-point intersection. The hotel about 1.5 blocks down on the right.
