Hotel Description
Tropical Paradise Resort offers three classes of rooms, all in a relaxed,
beachfront setting. There are 25 units available ranging from individual
cabanas and suites with AC, cable TV, refrigerators and coffeemakers to
standard economy rooms with fewer amenities. All guests have access to
the private dock and beach area with lounge chairs. Also on site is a
coffee shop and ice cream parlor, full-service restaurant and bar
offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and a variety of tropical drinks.
History & Owners
Mr. Reyes is one of the original descendants of Luciano Reyes, the
original owner of the island. He started the hotel in 1978 with just two
rooms and an ice cream parlor. The business has now grown to 25 rooms
and a full service bar and restaurant. The hotel is run by the Reyes
family and they are proud that it?s 100% Belizean owned and operated.

Location & Directions
Cayo Hicaco Street , Caye Caulker Village
Tropical Paradise is located at the south end of the main street. From the Front Dock, follow the beach path about 3 or 4 minutes south and you will see the property on the right. From the airstrip, follow the main road north; turn right at the Catholic Church and take the next left. At the next block, turn right and Tropical Paradise is at the end of the street on the right.
