1 small cabbage shredded fine or one head lettuce broken in pieces 3 medium-sized tomatoes (cut in small pieces) 3 radishes (sliced thin) 2 cucumbers (peeled and sliced thin without seeds) 2 medium carrots (peeled and shredded) 1 small onion (sliced round and thin)
Salad Dressing 3 plugs garlic ½ habanero pepper ¼ cup olive oil juice of 1 large lemon 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper |
Put all salad dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add dressing to vegetables, mix well and serve immediately. |
