Stew Cashew Bar

Ingredients:
2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup stew cashew (chopped)
4 eggs well beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add cashew mix and spread dough in a loaf.
Pan bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
While still warm, cut into squares and roll in powder sugar.
