Ingredients:
Hudut:
Green Plantains

Lasusu (Gravy):

1 tin coconut milk
1 tsp black pepper
1 whole or fillet fish
Instructions:
Peel green plantains and boil in water for about 45 minutes.
Remove from water and cool.
Mash plantains until it's fine (like mash potatoes)
In a pan, add coconut milk, pepper and cleaned fish.
Stand and turn over the gravy continually until its done. This normally takes 30 -45 minutes depending on size of fish and temperature of stove.
To serve, place 1 big spoonful hudut and add plenty of gravy and fish.
Enjoy and rest after eating.
Notes:
Best when eaten in the traditional way with your fingers!
