4 cups flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup shortening 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup water |
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Add shortening and water. Mix until stiff and mould into 10 round balls. Roll on counter top into circular shapes. Bake each one on a hot comal (or pancake pan), turn and bake for 1/2 minute more. |
