7 or 8 green bananas 1 can coconut milk black pepper 1/2 onion 1/2 green pepper |
Grate bananas into a pan and add coconut milk, black pepper, onion, green pepper. Stir mixture well. In squares of aluminum foil, spoon mixture and wrap well. Put foil packs into boiling water for 1 hour. Take out and cool. Eat plain or with anything you choose - stewed meat or fried fish. |
