Grate green bananas. Grate coconut and strain trash for milk (approx 1 cup) Mix together grated bananas and coconut milk. Add other ingredients and mix. Place 1 pot spoon full in waha leaf or aluminum foil. Put into boiling water for 1 hour. Serve with fry fish or vegetables. |
