Creole Bread

Ingredients:
6 cups flour
1 pack instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar well.
Add shortening and milk.
Knead together.
Let the dough rise, knead again, then mold into balls.
Place in a pan and let it rise.
Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
Notes:
"Good for breakfast"
