2 lb conch (cut or ground) 1 medium onion 1 large sweet pepper 4 potatoes - diced 2 carrots - diced 1 stick celery 1/4 lb cabbage cilantro garlic 1/4 cup flour 4 tbs coconut oil 5 cups water |
Brown flour in skillet and add oil, onions, sweet pepper, cilantro and garlic and saute for a minute. Add water, potatoes, carrots, celery, cabbage and bring to a boil. Add conch and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with coconut rice and plantains. |
