1 lb flour 1 tb yeast 1 pack coconut powder (mixed with water to form milk) or 1 can coconut milk 1 tb shortening pinch of salt |
Mix ingredients together and knead for about 5 minutes into a stiff dough. Leave to rest for 1 hour until it rises. Put into bread pan or shape it onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. |
