Hotel Description
Marliny?s offers a great location near the center of the village and the
beach at an affordable price. The six rooms on the second floor are
spacious and clean and together they share two full bathrooms. The front
veranda makes an ideal place for hanging out and watching the village
life go by on the main lane. The beach is just across the street and
just in case you get too much sun, there is a nice garden of aloe vera
plants to soothe your sunburns. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of
an on-site restaurant that serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner.
History & Owners
Mr. Guzman was born and raised on Caye Caulker. He opened the Happy
Lobster Restaurant but the upstairs of the building was empty and so he
decided to make it into a hotel. It opened during Easter 2003 and is
named after his daughter, Marliny.

Marliny?s Guest House is located mid-way between the water taxi dock and The Split. From the water taxi dock, turn right on the main street and Marliny?s is up a few blocks on the left. Look for the Happy Lobster Restaurant and the guesthouse is upstairs.
