the Placencia Peninsula. While not located right on the beach, Garden
Cabanas' convenient location is just minutes - that's walking time, not
driving time - from restaurants, bars, stores, tour providers, and of
course, Placencia's incredible stretch of beach and the warm azure waters
of the Caribbean Sea.
The newly built hardwood one-room cabanas are equipped with a full
kitchen, one queen and one twin size bed and private bath with
hot/cold/pressure. Ceiling fans add to the ever-present Caribbean breeze.
Perfect for a couple or single traveler for a few nights or a few weeks,
Garden Cabanas is the place for those that like to do their own thing
while in paradise.
History & Owners
Opened in 2005, Garden Cabanas has been operating for the past 2 years.
Located in Placencia Village, it is run by Veronique Mckenzie, and is set
in a lush, beautiful garden.

Policies
- Rates are in US dollars, based on double occupancy
- There is a 9% hotel tax additional
- For reservation: 3 nights minimum required
- Walk-ins welcome
- Weekly: one night free - Get 7 nights - pay 6
- Children under 12 stay for free in parents room
- Check in time: 2 pm
- Check out time: 12 pm
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Traveler's Check, US & Belize currency
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due on arrival
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 30 days prior to the visitor's arrival at Garden Cabanas there will be a full refund, minus a $50 USD administration free. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the thirty day period or later.
