Guests say our rooms feel like home and often comment that our place is the nicest they have stayed on their trip. We have lots of personal touches in the decor - books, shells, art on the walls, colourful linens. As travelers ourselves we know what people want to find in a room and try to put that knowledge into our guesthouse. You may relax on our newly screened porch or join us at Toadal Adventure for an inclusive tour - sea kayaking, caving, culture and more.
History & Owners
David & Deb had some money put aside and decided to build a small guest house. David, with Deb's assistance, built the hotel himself. They opened in early 1993 and from there the business has grown to one of Placencia's popular budget traveler spots. They like to say, "for the budget traveler who wants a little more, ours is the place."

Location & Directions
Main Road, South of Scotia Bank, Placencia
Once in the village of Placencia, look for Scotiabank along the road. We are right next door. From the sidewalk, you will see us on the west side of the sidewalk (set back in a fenced yard), between Tipsy Tuna and Advanced Diving.
