Getting to & Around
By Bus
Three buses (owned by Russell’s and McFadzen’s) depart Belize City at noon, 4 pm and 5 pm daily for Bermudian Landing. Just ask to be let off at Scotland Halfmoon Village.
By Vehicle
Scotland Halfmoon Village is located between the villages of Burrell Boom and Bermudian Landing. Once you arrive in Burrell Boom via the Hattieville-Ladyville Road, follow the all-weather road north towards the well-marked, Community Baboon Sanctuary. About 2/3 way to the Sanctuary, approximately 10 miles, you will see signs for Scotland Halfmoon Village. There is a concrete bus shelter on the right side of road. The village is at the end of the road right on the Belize River.
